POOP B GONE \u2013 TERMS, POLICIES & PRIVACY<\/p>

1. Terms of Service
1.1 Service Overview<\/p>

Poop B Gone provides recurring pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties in the Charlotte, NC area.
All recurring plans include up to two (2) dogs.
Each additional dog is +$5\/month.<\/p>

1.2 Initial Cleanup Requirement<\/p>

All new customers must complete an Initial Cleanup before recurring service begins.<\/p>

Standard Initial Cleanup: $50<\/p>

Heavy buildup (3+ weeks of waste, multiple large dogs, overgrown yard): $75\u2013$95, quoted upon arrival
Initial Cleanup fees are non-refundable.<\/p>

1.3 Access to Property<\/p>

Customers must ensure the yard is accessible during the scheduled service time.
Examples of access issues:<\/p>

Locked gates<\/p>

Blocked entry<\/p>

Aggressive or unleashed dogs<\/p>

If access is not available, the visit may be skipped. Missed visits due to access issues are not refunded.<\/p>

1.4 Weather Policy<\/p>

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, lightning, heavy storms, or unsafe yard conditions.
We will complete the service as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>

1.5 Yard Conditions<\/p>

Tall grass, excessive leaves, snow, mud, construction debris, or unmaintained yard conditions may affect the quality of service or result in additional fees.<\/p>

1.6 Waste Disposal<\/p>

Pet waste is bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin unless other arrangements are made in advance.<\/p>

1.7 Satisfaction Guarantee<\/p>

Your satisfaction matters. If we ever miss an area, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct it at no additional charge.<\/p>

2. Billing & Payments
2.1 Subscription Billing<\/p>

Recurring services are billed monthly through Stripe using automatic payments.
Service begins only after the first payment is received.<\/p>

2.2 Failed Payments<\/p>

If a payment fails, your service may be paused until an updated payment method is provided.<\/p>

2.3 Refunds<\/p>

We do not issue refunds for:<\/p>

Partially used service months<\/p>

Missed visits due to customer access issues<\/p>

Initial Cleanup fees
Refunds are only provided if Poop B Gone cannot deliver service for reasons within our control.<\/p>

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel<\/p>

Customers may cancel service at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:

3.2 Effective Dates<\/p>

Cancellations received after a billing date apply to the next billing cycle.
There are no pro-rated refunds for unused days.<\/p>

3.3 Resuming Service<\/p>

If you resume service after canceling, you may be required to complete a new Initial Cleanup.<\/p>

4. Privacy Policy

Poop B Gone collects the minimum information necessary to provide service, including:<\/p>

Address<\/p>

Email address<\/p>

Phone number<\/p>

Service details<\/p>

Payment info (handled securely by Stripe)<\/p>

We use your information only for:<\/p>

Scheduling and providing service<\/p>

Billing and account management<\/p>

Communication regarding service updates or changes<\/p>

4.3 How Payments Are Handled<\/p>

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Poop B Gone does not store or have access to your full credit card information.<\/p>

4.4 Sharing of Information<\/p>

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties.
