1. Terms of Service
1.1 Service Overview
Poop B Gone provides recurring pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties in the Charlotte, NC area.
All recurring plans include up to two (2) dogs.
Each additional dog is +$5/month.
1.2 Initial Cleanup Requirement
All new customers must complete an Initial Cleanup before recurring service begins.
Standard Initial Cleanup: $50
Heavy buildup (3+ weeks of waste, multiple large dogs, overgrown yard): $75–$95, quoted upon arrival
Initial Cleanup fees are non-refundable.
1.3 Access to Property
Customers must ensure the yard is accessible during the scheduled service time.
Examples of access issues:
Locked gates
Blocked entry
Aggressive or unleashed dogs
If access is not available, the visit may be skipped. Missed visits due to access issues are not refunded.
1.4 Weather Policy
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, lightning, heavy storms, or unsafe yard conditions.
We will complete the service as soon as reasonably possible.
1.5 Yard Conditions
Tall grass, excessive leaves, snow, mud, construction debris, or unmaintained yard conditions may affect the quality of service or result in additional fees.
1.6 Waste Disposal
Pet waste is bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin unless other arrangements are made in advance.
1.7 Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If we ever miss an area, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
2. Billing & Payments
2.1 Subscription Billing
Recurring services are billed monthly through Stripe using automatic payments.
Service begins only after the first payment is received.
2.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your service may be paused until an updated payment method is provided.
2.3 Refunds
We do not issue refunds for:
Partially used service months
Missed visits due to customer access issues
Initial Cleanup fees
Refunds are only provided if Poop B Gone cannot deliver service for reasons within our control.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
Customers may cancel service at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:

3.2 Effective Dates
Cancellations received after a billing date apply to the next billing cycle.
There are no pro-rated refunds for unused days.
3.3 Resuming Service
If you resume service after canceling, you may be required to complete a new Initial Cleanup.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1 Information We Collect
Poop B Gone collects the minimum information necessary to provide service, including:
Name
Address
Email address
Phone number
Service details
Payment info (handled securely by Stripe)
4.2 How Information Is Used
We use your information only for:
Scheduling and providing service
Billing and account management
Communication regarding service updates or changes
4.3 How Payments Are Handled
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Poop B Gone does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
4.4 Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties.
Information is only shared when required to:
Provide service
Comply with the law
Protect the rights and safety of Poop B Gone or customers
4.5 Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including secure payment processing and encrypted communication when applicable.
